Our System Administrators’ schedules are flexible, daily demonstrating the ability to manage their own schedules and deliver successful results to our clients. Candidates will be working from home, at the office, and on site with clients.
Administrators in this position have high availability to perform tasks such as trouble shooting, installing and supporting hardware and software in a Windows and Apple business network environment on site and remotely. In this integral role, members of our team have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and see the impact they make.
Basic Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
Candidates will possess an advanced knowledge of most Windows operating systems including: Windows 7, 8, & 10, Server 2012 Server 2016, Mac OSX in a Microsoft domain environment and will be tested on this during interview.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. overhead.
Candidates must possess excellent English verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently, with minimal direction.
Candidates must have reliable transportation.
Ideal candidate will possess:
Experience with Cisco Command Line, Microsoft Exchange Server in a domain environment, SharePoint, Office 365 and IT/IS related degree and MCP / MCSE.
Experience with Kaseya and ConnectWise is a plus.
Headquarters: South Everett/ North Mill Creek, WA, Ideal candidates will live within 15 miles of the Mill Creek area.
