If you don't have access to ConnectWise, this is a non-emergency contact method. From here you will be able to view the status of open tickets. This is for Account Managers and others who have been given special permission to manage their account with Zypes. You must have a login created first by Zypes.
For Emergencies
Call our local number (425) 212-2244 during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM, choose either menu Option 1 for tech support or 2 or 3 for extension and name dialing to reach a specific team member. Outside of normal business hours an alternate menu will be available with option 5. This option will allow you to leave a message that will also page all team members. If no one is available, please leave a message.
Please note: Phone and email messages are processed in the same queue and typically handled within one business hour.
